I specialize in working with small businesses, startups, and nonprofits. I spent nearly a decade as COO of a bootstrapped startup, so I know what it means to do more with less. I genuinely enjoy the challenge of finding zero-cost or low-cost solutions that punch above their weight.
Small teams also let me do what I do best: build systems from the ground up. Instead of layering fixes on top of broken processes, I get to design workflows that actually fit how your team works.
Rates and Budget
I work on a sliding scale and offer special rates for nonprofits. My typical approach is to start with your budget, assess what needs to be done, and prioritize the work that will have the greatest impact. Not everything needs to happen at once, and I'd rather help you make meaningful progress within your means than sell you a scope of work you can't afford.
