Implemented a custom cloud-based call center for a healthtech startup using Amazon Connect, replacing an ad hoc phone support setup with a structured, scalable system.
Skills-Based Routing via Streak API
Rebuilt a JavaScript case-assignment algorithm to enable skills-based routing within Streak, a Gmail-based CRM that doesn't natively support this feature. Custom integrations were built using Google Scripts and Streak's API, ensuring cases were automatically assigned to the best-matched representative.
